Keyholding
We store your keys in our safe and deliver them to your contacts upon your order.
Management and supervision
We take care of maintenance, cleaning, bill payment and everything needed to keep your home safe, tidy and in good condition - all year round. We perform regular inspections of your property and report any discrepancies to you.
Rental
We take care of rentals for you, or manage the property for your own guests. We handle everything from marketing and showings to contracts, move-in, rent collection and tenant follow-up. Whether it's short-term or long-term rentals, we make sure everything runs professionally and smoothly.
Transfers
Airport transfers give you or your guests a smooth start and end to your trip. We organize safe and punctual transportation to and from the airport – whether you are an owner, holidaymaker or renter. Always at the agreed time, with local knowledge and personal service.
Living in Spain
Our administration department helps you with documents and applications in Spain, the challenges are many in the Spanish bureaucracy. We also operate BlueKeys Alarm, which supplies security alarms for the elderly in Spain. Here there will also be offers for home alarms and camera surveillance connected to our alarm center.
